Julie Marcil participated
in the YMCA training program for 10 months, in
2004-2005, at the Horticulture Research and Development Centre (HRDC).
Summary of work:
Helped technician and assistant technician, prepared matrices, handled
data entry, conducted literature searches (Internet and library).
During the growing season (spring-summer), helped with transplanting,
harvesting and tending of experimental plots.
Created Web pages.
